Welcome to 2 Love Raw Food!

DSC00000The purpose of this blog is to share with you everything you will love about raw foods.  Also I am writing a disclaimer that these are my own opinions and/or experiences.  I plan to donate a portion of any profit I receive to the homeless. 

First of all there is no ’secret’ to love raw food.  Most people want to find the best way to lose weight or be more healthy.  In my opinion eating only raw plant foods is the only way to lose weight and regain your God-given natural shape of your body.  In other words raw foods are ‘live’ foods, i.e. you feel alive when you consume them.  On the other hand cooked food is essentially ‘dead’ food so that’s why you often feel sick, say after a big Thanksgiving dinner…you feel miserable and lethargic.  Much like a baby after a full meal going straight to sleep.

There are literally a sea of diets on the market today which makes it so confusing to get an honest answer until you take matters into your own hands so I did just that and want to share with you in an honest way.

Most health ‘experts’ just say to eat right and exercise; truth is that was not enough for me.  I had to have a more definitive way of getting and staying healthier so I hope you enjoy reading this blog.

I was lead to write this blog for all people.  We all should want to love eating raw natural plant  food in it’s natural state.  I will try to share with you all that I have experienced throughout my life.
